Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for Digital Marketers who can manage social media channels, run strategic campaigns, and improve brand visibility through organic social, SEO and digital advertising. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn channels.
  • Develop and schedule creative content that engages audiences and promotes brand messaging daily.
  • Manage Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ad Manager, and Google Ads campaigns — including setup, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Conduct SEO research, optimize web and social content for search visibility, and track performance using analytics tools.
  • Audit and analyze brand presence, ad performance, and SEO metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities for digital growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media, SEO, and advertising trends.
  • Prepare and present marketing proposals, campaign reports, and performance summaries.
  • Handle customer relationships and ensure effective communication with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Experience using Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ad Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and content strategy.
  • Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and generate insightful reports.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and defining target audiences.
  • Excellent writing and creative communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and manage client communications.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
